The Vincent was perfect for our short out of season break in Southport. Good location in the centre of town & a beautifully appointed hotel with smart modern fixtures & fittings in our room & throughout. We found all the staff to be very friendly & helpful with a good sense of humour. The restaurant setting was excellent, there was a good selection of choices on the menu & the food was mouthwateringly good. Lovely guest house with very friendly host. Let us check in early and was very informative about the area. The guest house has private parking and is close to the centre of Southport. The room was clean, tidy and had all the extras needed. Hairdryer shampoo, soap etc. 3 of us in the room and there was ample room. Breakfast, although continental, offered cereals, pastries, toast, fruit etc

My only criticism is that there is limited car parking and that the only place to park is across the road which costs £8.50 for the night, other than that the hotel looks welcomes you.

Staff were very helpful when my wife took ill and had to go to hospital. She was helped into the Ambulance by a kind member of your reception staff,and looked after before taking to hospital. Also your hotel had a good welcome for me and my children on are stay. Checking in and out was no problem at all. And I am would highly recommend to friends and family to stay at your hotel.
