"Booked for our 10th Anniversary and we were upgraded to the Oasis suite, and had the best time ever. Buffet Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and greeted us every morning. The lounge bar served bar snacks and meal from 12 till 8pm and we really decided that other than walking around Bournemouth gardens and some shopping we didn't leave the hotel all weekend That in itself is testimony to how good our stay was."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd, with us having to walk across the back parking lot to access the wing our room was in. The hotel itself is in a perfect location for the beach and pier, with one of the public lifts located right outside the front, which takes you down the cliff for a small fee. We did have one oddity, upon check-in our room wasn’t ready, so I took my 3 year old to the pool while we waited, but was told we weren’t allowed to access it until our room was ready… I have stayed at hotels all over the world and never heard of not being able to access the hotel amenities on the day of check-in. This was quite annoying. All in all it was a nice little getaway, just not as accommodating as other hotels I have been to, especially in the Marriott family, I would have expected better."
