"When we entered the original room 020 at minster ramsgate it had a dreadful smell likened to feaces. We retreated out and striaght back ro reception. The staff were extremely apologetic and immediately gave another room. Perfect spotless and very comfortable. "

The staff made us feel very welcome and they were really enthusiastic about making our experience a positive one. Ted, in the Moet and Chandon Bar, along with his Manageress, were stand out staff for us. Ted loved to make us cocktails and we certainly enjoyed drinking them! The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa facilities were ideal and the restaurant food was excellent. Definitely a hotel that we would like to return to. "
