The hotel was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was quite classy and the beds especially the pillows were so comfy. The staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend Warwick hotel.

Staff and clean and spacious room.
Bushra at the reception was very welcoming, pleasant and attentive. The bed was very spacious and comfortable.
I liked that the hotel is well located. Easy access by walk to market, ATMs, Foreign exchage place as well as a bus stop that brings you to the metro
I would have given excellent had there to be proper kitchen amenities. I would suggest that there be at least enough crockery and cuttlery for 2 people. Since hot plate is provided on request then there should be at least one pot and dish soap to clean.

"The staff were great , very helpful and accommodating . It was hard to communicate in english but for the most part things were okay . As for the cleanliness , the couches were not clean , the mattress was very hard to sleep on and there were no iron board , iron or hair dryer (we had to ask for ..."
