The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were

The only downside is that it isn't really "IN" terminal 5. It was a very long walk from terminal 5 arrivals to finally find the front desk. However, I would wholeheartedly recommend it for an overnight at Heathrow, rather than having to take a bus to a nearby hotel."
