"This hotel is well located close to the M4 and 20 miles from London Heathrow. It has good amenities. Our room was comfortable but had a shower over a half bath which would have been better as a walkin shower. Also, the entrance to the hotel is unusual- through an underground parking garage, which means a lot more walking via an elevator to reception. Those with mobility issues would be challenged."

"We stayed for 2 nights during one of the heatwaves and we're worried the room would be too hot as we knew there wasn't Aircon. The staff had kept the blinds closed and provided a fan which kept the room warm, but comfortable. There was a bit of a wait at reception for a member of staff to appear, but check-in then went smoothly. The room was large and comfortable, as was the bed. Unfortunately on the second day the sheet had come loose and we noticed stains on the part of the sheet that had been tucked in as well as marks on the mattress protector. Recommended bringing your own toiletries, as the shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hand soap all appeared to be the same stuff and did not produce any sort of lather. Breakfast was a nice assortment of cooked and continental and it was lovely to sit in the pub garden to enjoy this. Overall a nice stay in a nice area."

"The staff were very professional and welcoming. There is plenty of free self parking both in front of and behind the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. My room had a microwave & fridge with plates & cutlery as well as a kettle with tea & coffee. I would recommend this hotel & if in the area I will use it again."
