The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"

"The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen furnished with everything you require. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the main road is busy, the double glazed windows worked a treat. Spacious bathroom but don't dawdle in the shower if someone else is planning to have one. Cosy place to stay for access to all of the central Cotswolds."

"Lovely inn in quaint Oxfordshire village. Food and service were excellent and we had a charming cosy room in the Eves of the hotel. Would highly recommend now it is owned by two brothers who clearly take great pride in delivering a wonderful experience."

"We had a great nights sleep and the room was lovely and clean. You could use some usb outlets by the bedside tables and a night light in the bathroom as the over head lights are a bit intense. It would be useful to have better direction to the lodge itself and parking. The phone number was very helpful and the girl who answered was as well. "

"The host Kevin was good company and very helpful with recommendations of things to do locally. The property itself was in great condition, I felt comfortable throughout. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast is also excellent. Enjoyed a solo birthday weekend in Stratford Upon Avon staying here. Would happily recommend. "

"We had a really pleasant stay at Penryn Guest House. The room and en suit was a nice size, clean and comfortable! It’s within reasonable walking distance to the town centre too. We would definitely stay there again! "

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "
