"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this property. I stayed back in Feb in the days leading up to the blizzard - Shaq and the team were so incredibly helpful at this time and overall every staff member I met was incredibly thoughtful, considerate and polite. My room was immaculate, obviously the rooms are a little more compact but I never felt without. It is very thoughtfully designed. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks. The location is perfect walking distance to really anything you may need. I think this will be my go to place on each NYC visit. "The fan was terribly noisy all night long, and I couldn't sleep. This was despite the fact that we had turned off the air conditioning completely—yet the noise didn't subside at all. In the morning, there was another disappointment: they offer breakfast, but it just a bar consists of nothing more than coffee and a sandwich or a croissant—and that's it! You are definitely better off finding a proper breakfast nearby."
