Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Beds and comfort are a personal preference. The beds we use are recommended for hotels and guesthouses for a good nights sleep. This has been the case with 95% of our customers . However in your case they weren't to your required preference for which we can only apologise. Regarding the noise. The room you were in is at the back of the property away from the main road so the noise levels would be minimal unless your window was open or you had noisey guests staying in adjacent rooms. Had you complained we would have made every effort to resolve the issue.

The room you had booked is at the rear of the building so traffic noise is minimal , assuming that due to the cold whether your window was closed and it's also high up in the loft. So I am baffled when you say noisey unless you had guests in the adjoining rooms who were noisey? In which case had staff been informed we could have asked them to quieten down.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The temperature of the water from the electric shower in that room is controlled by two control knobs at the front. If these are not set correctly than you could get freezing water if you had reported this to reception staff would have come and resolved the issue.

The technical problem with the kitchen occurred on Tuesday night and could not be resolved on Wednesday and hence it was too late to inform anyone who was checking in on that day . No kitchen obviously meant no breakfast. If you paid for it I would be happy to give you a refund. The issue with the shower and the long black hair will be investigated and appropriate solutions implemented. As you're a regular customer to make up for this unfortunate experience, on your next visit I would like to offer you a 15% discount on your thai evening meal.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The Jacuzzi is working but has been switched off due to the high energy prices. The 20 charge was for the use of Sauna and steam room. Your breakfast was late because we had a staffing issue that morning. Not everybody likes filter coffee so to minimise wastage its supplied on request. The bottle of ketchup may have been used by other guests but is definitely provided. The tub of clover was only provided in an emergency because we ran out of packets of butter due to the delivery not arriving.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. On our booking page it states that sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are available at an additional cost. So I'm baffled as to why you would think they were free. Regarding our thai restaurant . Our chef is from thailand and cooks authentic thai dishes which 99% of our customers appreciate and enjoy. The 1% that don't appreciate it are used to eating non-authentic thai food , prepared by a non-thai chef in a restaurant posing as a thai restaurant. Their taste buds become so used to the fake flavours that when the come across the real thai food they can't appreciate it.
