"When I have reached they gave us both rooms in separate directions as I have booked together. One room was small and one was bigger. When I asked them to change they said we are booked. So I had waited for half an hour to get another room and it was on 1st floor and second room was on 3rd floor. We booked rooms together to enjoy trip but this hotel ruined everything. Bathrooms are too old but in photos looks everything new. Rooms are also very old. Even housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms and when I asked for towel when I came back at hotel they charged me 5£. So could you please compensate if possible because it was just waste of money. And I have paid more than 200£. Very disappointed."

"We had a wonderful stay at IXORA. The location is perfect, right next to the lagoon and hills, offering beautiful views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We spent some time in the hotel spa, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the fee. As dog owners, we really appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere and the outdoor garden, which was perfect for short morning walks. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a drinking water refill station for guests. Overall, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is ideally situated for exploring north wales. From check in to check out our weekend stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the bar and the restaurant and can recommend both. Breakfast is self serve with a good selection of options. The building was well heated and the rooms were comfortable. This was a second visit and definitely won’t be the last."
