"Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food "

"Great place for family and was close to zip wire which we went on. Everything was clean and homely. Lovely gesture leaving cake and wine."

"We had a great time. Enjoyed the goats each morning while we enjoyed the sunrise and had our coffee."

"Great cottage in great location. Loved the new and old combination. Great kitchen, well stocked, comfy beds, safe garden for children and dogs. Would definitely book again"

"Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Nyth Y Fran - the apartment was stunning and even better than the listing suggested. We greatly enjoyed the views and use of the telescope, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby Beaumaris and Menai Bridge, as well as Snowdonia park. Would definitely stay again!"

"Gloriously remote! These holiday cottages are located down a narrow, winding track, so the detailed instructions provided by the host were invaluable. The cottage lights and heating were on when we arrived making for a cosy welcome on an autumn afternoon. The bedroom and en-suite were carefully presented and very clean and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals and snacks. The cottage is within easy driving distance of many North Wales places of interest...

"Compact but well laid out and cozy. Amenities were very nice. Very close walk to everything in Conwy."

"The caravan was lovely and clean and close to everything"

"The property was perfectly situated, secured and out of the way whilst only a short walk into Conwy itself. The property was homely and very accommodating, the host ensured we had a home away from home. We would certainly stay here again."

"Nice but no swimming pool"
