And if you like waterfalls then there’s plenty to seek out. If you’re a keen mountain biker then Coed y Brenin is the place for you with its rugged cycle paths through the forests and views of the Welsh mountains, just 2 miles down the road.
The Dyfi Osprey Wildlife Centre is a must for bird watchers, with its new purpose built building and observatory for watching a breeding pair of ospreys between April and August.
