"Clean overall but feels tired and dated (appears things are in progress?) especially in the kitchen, with Mismatched crockery and glasses, blunt knives (a bit dangerous when cutting). I know that Covid has stopped a lot of things but the lack of basic things like salt & pepper is frustrating. No plastic items for outside use, always needed especially if children around. The seating outside is extensive but is very uncomfortable after a while so needs cushions. The main beds are ok but the...

"Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit. The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. Very friendly bar lady. Hopefully she will see this as well. So thank you all :) See you next time! X"

"A good sized well stocked Shepherd's hut with a lovely wood fired hot tub and stunning views of the Welsh hills. Perfect escape location. Cosy wood burning stove and adventures to be found from the front door, will definitely be recommending! "

"“Holiday started off badly when owner told us we had to take our own bed linen (king size, double and 4 singles) + towels with us.” Apparently there was issue with cleaners so suddenly became our problem somehow. Had to pack this in an already over packed car. Offered a £50 refund which was a bit of a joke given the hassle. Nice enough house up a very steep road. Could do with better outdoor furniture rather then just a wooden table + bench that would be better in a pub beer garden. Seats to...

"This is a really great place to stay. It's literally a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to Criccieth high street. The house is very spacious with a well equipped modern kitchen. The furnishings are tasteful and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The owner is friendly and helpful and kindly left us a small welcome pack of Welsh goodies. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would be happy to return if it was available."
