"The building has some “charm” to it (the bed moved when someone walked along the corridor outside) but is clean, tidy and slept really well. Music on the Saturday night was great and restaurant food was fantastic. Staff are A+, mailed me my sunglasses that I forgot in the room. Thanks for a great stay!"

Staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We didn’t use spa walks along the canal in both directions which were great. Would recommend"
