"We had a great stay in Llanfair. The house was big and comfortable, with plenty of space for our two families (9 people). The kids (ages 5-15) loved the playroom, and the spa was a great hit with everyone. We enjoyed using the fireplace, and it was nice to have a dining table that fit all of us. It's a 15-20 minute walk down a steep footpath to beautiful Harlech beach, and Harlech castle (with a great little cafe) is less than 30 minute on foot (or <5 min drive). "Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone.
