This is a magnificent modern beachside holiday home with a totally captivating, panoramic view across Harlech’s famous Royal St. Davids links golf course, sand dunes and beach - from Snowdonia, across the Lleyn Peninsula and the Bay to Shell Island and Llandanwg beyond. This Harlech beachside holiday home has been renovated and furnished to the highest standards throughout. There is a large balcony on the first floor. Three of the ground floor en-suite bedrooms have French doors opening onto a lower balcony to ensure guests can fully enjoy the truly spectacular scenery. The first floor is open plan with kitchen, dining and living areas and large sliding doors onto the balcony - perfect for al fresco meals. Perfect getaway location with privacy, easy walk to beach and shops and online grocery delivery available. Beach 1 mile. Free WiFi No children under 8 years old. Approach to property is by a rough or gravel track. This property has a winter fuel charge of £50 from October to April. Please do not leave rubbish in house, or at property. There are recycling bins at the top of the main drive down from the higher road (A496). No pets allowed.
