"Rambling farmhouse with quirky decour"

"Een bijzonder ingerichte en kleurrijke cottage met leuke zitjes in de tuin. De eigenaresse is erg aardig en we werden de eerste dag verwend met een fles wijn, chips en een ovenschotel. Mooi uitzicht en veel te doen in de omgeving."

"The people who run this B&B went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make sure I had everything I needed. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not ensuite, but was assigned just to me and was across the landing. Two lovely, small dogs greeted me on my arrival: if you are afraid of dogs, this may be an issue. Things to improve? A cafetiere of ground coffee would have been appreciated at breakfast and individual packets of coffee and sugar in room, rather than tupperware tubs. "

"I stayed with my mother and sister. We unanimously voted that our stay was wonderful. The service really set the tone to begin our stay. She greeted me with a smile and walked me over to the apartment. She explained everything. We were even offered dinner eventhough dinner service had finished - we checked in very late. They even kept the kitchen open longer for my mother who couldn't make it in time. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, easy to move around and not to forget clean. We had a slight problem with the shower and the night manager was amazing. He came and sorted it out with a smile. We really felt taken care of. The only downside is that we didn’t get to stay longer. I would've also liked a hand-held shower feature with the bath tub but honestly that's just a preference because we were three women sharing this space and only one shower. Overall, would definitely recommend and if we get the opportunity, would love to stay longer. Such a quaint town and a lovely place to walk around. "

"A beautiful building set back from the road, great for a relaxed holiday. It has a huge lounge/social space, an ornate seperate dining room, a ground floor bedroom great for those with accessibility issues, and well provisioned kitchen. The owners are friendly and helpful, and react quickly to any problems."

"What a excellent place to stay, very relaxing….was amazing sitting in the hot tub under the trees in the nature…..the little waterfall and constant sound of the water very relaxing….sauna excellent, hosts excellent would highly recommend if you want to relax also some excellent walks nearby thanks for having us see you again "

"Helen & Matt are first class hosts and The Mill offers a peaceful, relaxed break in beautiful surroundings. As many others have said, breakfast is of hotel quality and freshly cooked to order. For our evening meals we took an easy 11 mile drive to Llandeilo where there were several options. Visiting National Botanic Gardens was easy (once we used a map and ignored SatNag!) and that's an excellent day trip. We rarely visit the same place twice, however, we wouldn't hesitate to return to The Mill at Glynhir."
