"We had a larger, accessible room which was clean & comfortable. We had a kitchenette (but didn’t use it) - though there was no table and chairs (apart from a working bench under the TV. We had a very small balcony which you could open the room up with. There is onsite underground parking - some spots are tricky to get in/out of. There is a pub next door with a good bistro and a few places close by for breakfast. There is a converted kombucha van in the foyer for some food items to go with a real coffee. "

"Excellent place to stay and walk around"

"Don't take shared bathroom room as there is no bathroom at first floor and only second floor. There is bar ground floor, very busy and noisy. Friday and Sunday they have live music which runs around 12 I think, so difficult to sleep till that time. Rooms are well maintained, bed was cosy. Just linens you get and no extra amenities. Location is perfect. The receipensionist was very helpful and listening, helped us with our issues very efficiently."

"The house, the view and the close proximity to the Coast Walk, good coffee and a great local restaurant made this a great stay. "

"The property was clean. The views were amazing. Just around the corner was a few little shops, or wine bar and a coffee shop. There’s also a Pilates studio. From the backyard you can walk down to the beach or from the road you can walk down to Little blowhole and also the beach. The property could really do with some Blockout curtains or blinds. It’s incredibly light from the street lights at night and the blinds that are currently there are quite old and don’t do the job. Downstairs is a room with a ping-pong table and the laundry. That came in very handy having the ping-pong table indoors as the weather wasn’t great. I really wonderful Property is staying and we will definitely be making another visit."

"The whole process and house were great, everyone that stayed had a great time and comfortable experience. Only complaint I heard was there could be some wine glasses. It wasn’t immediately clear from the initial booking that the downstairs flat was completely separate, however this was made up for in the clear instructions on access to the property. A doormat in the downstairs wouldn’t go astray either. Thanks for an awesome stay"
