"Pros: Magnificent views that could be enjoyed even if it rains. Large outdoor areas. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large family. Some minor renovations need to be completed. Cons: Overflowing garbage from last group. Apparently garbage is only picked up once a week. After discussions garbage was eventually removed ."

"The house was lovely, very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside of the property including the Bbq, but still enjoyed the views from the lovely big windows as Mother Nature was at her best with the storms. We still very much enjoyed our family time away."

"Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with, nothing was a problem. The guest house is brand new, clean and tidy, very well equipped and fitted out. I would highly recommend this host and property to others seeking a quite getaway. We will be sure to stay again on our next trip to Kiama."

"Kitchen not clean- cutlery scattered thru cupboards, some crockery in pool of water Main problems 1. Microwave not working- we called 3 times asking for this to be fixed. 2. Hot water at best lukewarm 3. No tea towels Communication with managers terrible, no issues solved Some compensation would be appropriate"
