Views@59 in Gerroa is a stunning, newly built, 3 level duplex with sweeping views of Seven Mile Beach and the mountain ranges. If you are planning an autumn/winter break, the gas log fire and warm jacuzzi awaits, or plan ahead for the spring/summer season with beach access just a 300 meter stroll from the house.  
  
As you enter the main level, you will be greeted by the breathtaking ocean views and the modern and sleek decor within the home. The main level is open plan with a well-appointed kitchen, a generous dining and lounge area with a gas log fire. Continue out to the balcony to enjoy the BBQ where you can gather with your family and friends as you watch the waves roll in.   
  
The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms, main bathroom and a living room with a flat screen TV and a queen size sofa lounge, catering for extra guests. The living room flows out to the lower deck where you can relax in the jacuzzi in the privacy of the peaceful backyard whilst admiring the ocean through the Pines.   
  
On the upper level you will be spoiled with the luxury of a private master suite, including ensuite, king size bed and your own private balcony. Lay back on the sun lounge with a glass of bubbly and enjoy the serenity whilst admiring the spectacular evening sunsets.   
  
If you need space to work from home, there is also a private study nook with Wifi access. A great way to get the work done, but still being able to enjoy the serenity of Gerroa.   
  
There are great things to do in the area such as swimming at Seven Mile Beach, exploring the local wineries, taking in the gorgeous sites along the Gerringong to Kiama Coast Walk Trail, browsing the shops and cafes at Berry or enjoying 18 holes at the Gerringong Golf course which overlooks the ocean.
