- THE PROPERTY WILL BE HANDED OVER TO YOU IN CLEAN CONDITION - PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY IF ANYTHING ISN'T UP TO STANDARD

- PLEASE KEEP NOISE LEVELS REASONABLE THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY
