From the beautiful location and balcony views to the free welcome drink. It was the perfect stay for my dogs and I, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my pups with beds, bowls, and snacks. I would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to return back some day.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunstar Hotel! All the staff members have been so friendly. Allen and Salman were super kind and awesome!! I enjoyed meeting them! The hotel itself is gorgeous with the best view of Grindelwald. I highly recommend :)

What an incredible property! We stayed in room 415, and the view from our balcony was spectacular! The ease of access to the town, to Grindelwald First Gondola, and many many hiking trails - highly recommended!

Truly beautiful location in the heart of Grindelwald. Even though the street was busy, we never heard the noise from our balcony overlooking the Eiger. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very kind.
