"Arrived at the hotel and found parking would be charged st £50 per night (WOW), or use another car park for £20 per night. If car par was full each night it would be in excess of £1000 each night. Our room was ok but very cold, after three trips to reception we were given a heater. The room looked like it had a rough vacuum at best. The daily room service was the most basic I have seen as the bed wasn't even made daily. The hotel was in a great location with public transport just across the road. The reception staff appeared to be very blaise about there role, maybe some training or maybe better wages might encourage them a bit. Breakfast was ok."
