"Great pools, and spa pool, lots of space and sunbeds. Nice food and cocktails at the bar. Lively bar with live music in the evening. Rooms clean and great sea view balcony. Great view of Mt Teide from the outside breakfast patio. Free parking, walkable downhill to town."

"Really enjoyable, relaxing vacation. Hotel prices jumped in last year. Hotel needs to be careful that prices don’t get pushed too high as it will lose some off its affordable charm"

"A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. Breakfast generally good but would prefer an outside seating area as can be very noisy. Also proper omelettes rather than from a pack of liquid omelette. 😕"

"Our second stay in 3 months at this hotel, and the reason for this, is because it’s amazing, from the spacious rooms, to the restaurants on site, the spa, the gym and the amazing roof terrace. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
