Impressive Canarian house located in the historic center of the municipality of La Orotava. Built in the 18th century, it has one of the most beautiful Canarian patios on the entire island. If you are looking for a unique experience, surrounded by an unbeatable environment, this is your home. Guests will be able to enjoy the noble floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms. The house is very well located, in the historic center of La Orotava and less than 5 minutes walk from the European University of the Canary Islands. In the center of the town of La Orotava and close to all kinds of services in the area: supermarket, bars, restaurants, promenade, rent a car, cinema and all kinds of shops

Excellent stay in this very spacious and charming apartment, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, just lacking a few miscellaneous dishes. It's ideally located for visiting Teide and the national park. The town of Orotava is pleasant and all amenities are within easy reach. As the apartment is not heated, it's cool at night, but we got used to it and were equipped accordingly.However, we had to drive all over the island.

Appartement de toute beauté bien situé. Malheureseument la communicationn avec la proriétaire est inexistante. Nous l'avons appelée plusieurs foi sans réponse. Il faut savoir que le code d'accès de la boite au lettre est donné dans un mail dans lequel il y a un lien internet. Il faut être vigilant car sans ce code vous restez dehors.

L'appartement est bien placé au centre ville de la Orotava. La cour intérieure est magnifique et les décors en bois exceptionnels. Le salon est gigantesque. Néanmoins il donne sur la rue et l'absence de fenêtre le rend très bruyant en raison de la circulation des voitures sur les pavés. Difficile de profiter de ce beau salon au calme, d'autant plus que lorsque l'appartement du dessus est occupé, on entend tout, il n'y aucune isolation. C'est d'époque. Heureusement les chambres donnent sur l'arrière et sont donc au calme. Les lits sont confortables. L'appartement en général manque d'entretien. La poussière et les toiles d'araignées n'ont pas été enlevées. La propreté des salles de bains laisse à désirer. Les joints des salles de bain sont à refaire. Celle ayant la baignoire est quasi inutilisable en raison d'un débit d'eau très faible. Lorsque l'on paye un forfait ménage à 100 Euros, on s'attend à une propreté impeccable. Le débit WIFI est très mauvais et ne couvre pas l'ensemble de la location qui est certes immense. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine. Enfin le lave linge était en panne jusqu'à la veille de notre départ malgré les diligences du propriétaire ou de son représentant. En résumé, c'est dommage mais on a l'impression que les locations se succèdent sans que l'appartement soit entretenu.

La ubicación buena, el alojamiento de las habitaciones sucia y cucarachas, el baño muy lujoso pero sucio es una pena la casa está en un sitio muy bueno y es preciosa, no la recomiendo por la mala limpieza.
