Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me. The room was small but sufficient. Food was subpar. Really disappointed that there was no fitness center.

Great hotel. Swimming pool is very clean, the room is very clean. The hotel is in great shape. The service is good. Staff are extremely good especially the lunch buffet crew On the hand, It’s just way too busy with too many people around and it’s crowded everywhere

"Heated and air-con tents with electricity and lighting. Lovely bar and separate restaurant. Received a huge welcome. Sahara desert is 4 mins walk where you find camels and buggies. There is a hot spring in the centre of the village free for all to swim in 2 mins walk. I hired a 4x4 trip from reception ..."
