"The staff is friendly and helpful. We do not understand Russian so we translated our conversations. They are patient and tried best to help. The breakfast is incredibly good including everything you can think of, bread, pastry, hot dishes, fruit, milk, salad, and more. We are happy"
"Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad).
Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7).
Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). "
"This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast."
