"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

"A lovely spot for a few days away to relax and unwind. The property was clean and well-maintained and was a lovely base to explore beautiful Northumberland. The only downside was the noise from the adjacent busy road but it it did quieten down late evening. Would stay again"

"After needing a dog friendly base to visit family over the Xmas period, I stumbled across Roxy's cottage online and it was in the ideal location. Set near the countryside and a short walk to the iconic Causey Arch it was perfect for a stroll with the dog through the woods and a paddle in Causey Burn. The accommodation was clean and tidy and ideal for a couple with a small kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and utensils. The decor is modern with a very nice bathroom...

"Arrived a few hours early, and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and got us checked into our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were very nice and the food was very nice also very fresh. She even made my son a bacon sandwich because he couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 😂. I would definitely recommend this place. "
