Nice hotel, rooms are a good size. Staff friendly but breakfast was chaotic..

Loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool - will definitely be returning!

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Our second time back and the hotel always exceeded our expectations.

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

Good

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for all of Liverpool. Very clean facilities. Very pleased with our stay.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

A lovely hotel - great views, comfortable room and very friendly staff.

Highly recommended

Friendly and good service

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! A great personal touch! The room and bathroom were clean, and the free amenities were great and of high quality. The bathrobes were a great addition and perfect for relaxing in! The building itself is old but beautifully restored and keeps all the old characteristics as well as being finished to high spec! The...

Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match.
