Adelphi Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Not sure what we would find at the Adelphi Hotel, but our room was huge, beautifully decorated, even a fireplace! Two easy chairs and a new bathroom with a super rain shower plus hand shower. Breakfast was good, just let down by the tea and coffee. The hot water wasn’t hot enough and the coffee wasn’t great either. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Would happily stay here again. Two tips. We were on the first floor which has been renovated. If you have a Blue Badge, parking is free on the fifth floor of the car park across the road, and has a level street pedestrian exit."

"Stayed in a single room and all be it a little dated was clean comfortable and had everything I needed. Every member of staff I interacted with was really friendly. Pizza on room service was very nice. As I had plans all weekend was the only food I had in the hotel All in all a pleasant 2 night stay"

"Great location in the Shopping District. Located about a 10min stroll from Lime Street Railway Station. Hotel was modern with clean lines. Our room was huge and fabulously clean. Dream bed. Check in was quick and easy with lovely welcoming staff. The coffee and pastries were a lovely touch for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"
Novotel Liverpool Centre

"The hotel was perfect for us to walk to were we wanted to go very central very friendly staff towels bedding all nice and clean fridge in the room, the only reason we didn’t give it full marks were there was a couple of small marks on the carpet and a little wear and tear but absolutely nothing to complain about just down to use, we will most book this hotel again when we visit Liverpool great stay thank you 😊"

"We loved it here ! The location is insane. We also got upgraded to a superior room which was a proper apartment even with a washer dryer !!! Perfect for an evening out in Liverpool and everything we needed, at a great price point too! We also used the discounted parking nearby which was super easy!"

"My phone died when I was trying to do the card verification during check in process, but the staff still kindly allows me to get into the room and I was able to charge my phone at ease. Thank you! I was however a bit disappointed on how they do not respond to any of my chat through this app and do not pick up the call when I ring them."
