Room smelt like some one had been smoking, the double bed was smallest double bed I have ever seen nut tire so just accept as poor and went to bed but was abruptly woken up at 7 am with but builders unloading scaffolding then putting it up with clattering scaffolding poles noises power impact drills and the scaffolder noise talk and shouting and singing directly outside my bedroom window! When to reception asked to speak to manager told no manager on duty just receptionist who handed me a peace of paper that had an address to write to if I wanted to make a complaint. "Staff were very friendly, clean big room however it was next to the main entrance on the ground floor so very noisy I had a child kicking a foot ball against the wall for ages. Good parking "

"Great hotel and if you get All Inclusive for the right price it’s well worth it. We really enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal every day and the choice of drinks is great. The hotel lobby and bar areas are clean and well kept. Kids entertainment every night of the weekend which is in a separate room from the main area where they have bingo and a different act on every night. The only downside was that the family room we were in was very dated, the bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived and the beds were uncomfortable. This wouldn’t put me off staying there in the future, really enjoyed the stay overall."
