What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

2 night country break, great location on market square, town is great base for the area.off street parking as well. Dined both nights in hotel, very pleased with food.nice relaxed bar/dining space with outside (viewing onto main st) seating.

Nice clean rooms with comfy beds! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food is lovely. The Italian restaurant is as good as any Italian I’ve eaten at! Staff friendly and welcoming- we would definitely stay there again! Thanks Holiday Inn!😁

hotel is in the perfect location. right in the middle of town! staff are lovely room was gorgeous and breakfast was tasty!...the car park is tiny but we parked our the to front and the hotel provided us with a permit. overall a lovely stay in a lovely town !

Excellent quality cooked breakfast. Our room was in the Chalets out the back of the pub with every thing we needed provided including biscuits and a hair dryer!

Hot water was great. Staff were hard-working, friendly and helpful.

First off, Sue (the owner) is just the best! I phoned in advance and asked a couple of favours of her, to put a couple of gifts in the room to surprise my girlfriend. Not only did she do it but she did it for less than budget! (If you do ask something of her like this, it's only fair to reward the wonderful lady with a gift of her own. OK?! Haha!) Newsham Grange is gorgeous. We had a fantastic overnight stay and wow that breakfast is good. We were lucky enough to use the pool and outdoor...

I visited Willance House with my partner a few years ago, and said we'd definitely go back if we needed to stay in the area again. As before, Colin and Sandra go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. They are a fountain of knowledge of the local area and it is such a special place to stay. Our family get together weekend at The Old Oak Tree was supreme! Absolutely faultless from arriving, check-in, accommodation, welcome, rear patio/beer garden, drinks service, dinner food and service. Breakfast was fantastic, the whole team was attentive, polite and helpful from beginning to end - a totally positive experience. The Old Oak Tree is fabulous in all departments!!

Staff very friendly and professional. Room extremely clean , the bed seemed low but the room has everything you need . We didn't have evening meal but they looked delicious. Breakfast was cereal toast and jams, 2 bacon,2 sausage, 2 eggs, beans, grilled tomatoes and black pudding. Orange juice, tea and coffee. Fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly reccommended
