What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

2 night country break, great location on market square, town is great base for the area.off street parking as well. Dined both nights in hotel, very pleased with food.nice relaxed bar/dining space with outside (viewing onto main st) seating.

Very nice, big room. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom. Lovely pub. Great cooked breakfast. Friendly, good value for money.

Food was amazing

Excellent quality cooked breakfast. Our room was in the Chalets out the back of the pub with every thing we needed provided including biscuits and a hair dryer!

Excellent accommodation. Can not fault it. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Rooms are nice decorated and clean. Will be staying again.

Good food and comfortable room

This place is a HUGE hidden gem! From start to finish, the service, staff, spa, value for money, everything was fantastic! We have stayed in many many hotels in the UK and this hotel has to be our favourite. The secret garden spa for an extra £25pp is worth every penny! We stayed in Tiplady 4 and it was perfect sitting outside as it was south facing so ordered a bottle of wine and nibbles before going to Nu Sana for an evening meal. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food is lovely. The Italian restaurant is as good as any Italian I’ve eaten at! Staff friendly and welcoming- we would definitely stay there again! Thanks Holiday Inn!😁

hotel is in the perfect location. right in the middle of town! staff are lovely room was gorgeous and breakfast was tasty!...the car park is tiny but we parked our the to front and the hotel provided us with a permit. overall a lovely stay in a lovely town !

First off, Sue (the owner) is just the best! I phoned in advance and asked a couple of favours of her, to put a couple of gifts in the room to surprise my girlfriend.
