The team here is attentive without being intrusive, and it’s clear that they take pride in making each guest’s experience personal and memorable. They helped arrange transportation, gave me insider tips for exploring the Old Quarter, and even checked in to make sure everything in my room was perfect. Hanoi is already a beautiful and vibrant city, but staying here elevated my trip to another level. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the service here is among the best I’ve ever experienced—kind, professional, and heartfelt. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "

The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. "Hotel staff very attentive, welcoming and competent. We were very well received. On arrival we were toasted with a refreshing juice to soothe the heat. The employees are very cordial, welcoming us every walk back always with a friendly smile. Clean and pleasant environment, decorated with fresh and beautiful flowers. We feel at home.
