"The staff were absolutely Superb, so helpful, room wasn’t ready but that was 1 o’clock they took my phone number and rang and we still got in the room an hour before we should have, the staff behind the bar offered to make cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu and the staff up the spa were excellent all round we had an extremely lovely time"
