The hotel is situated high above Keswick, so even though it's about a 15 minute walk into town, be mindful that it's a steep climb back again! The breakfasts are wonderful and well organised, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. There's a lovely terrace outside, so if you have good weather, it's a welcome space to just sit and enjoy the view. If I came back to Keswick, I'd definitely be booking to stay here again. Highly recommended!

What a charming little B&B. Such a warm, inviting group of people. Our room was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous view and the cooked to order breakfast in the mornings was amazing.
