"Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Three days pre-cruise was made amazing by the staff and the idea that they could make our stay better by simply sharing our plans so they might make them better. And they did!"

"The staff were quite courteous and amiable, always trying to go the extra mile for you. The hotel is modern, quiet and clean, and ideally located near many museums and restaurants, as well as public transport. The only experience that didn't match there rest of our stay was the breakfast, which lacked variety. "

"Amazing from the second we walked in! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was very elegant but stylish, with an incredibly comfortable bed (the pillows could be a bit more pluffy, but I’ll let them off). But the real thing that made the stay was the service. A phone call from the front desk after being in the room for 30 minutes making sure we settled in ok, turndown service in the evening so when we go back in after seeing a show the bed was ready for sleep with the curtains drawn and water bottles placed on the nightstands. These details made my partner and I feel really looked after and we would without a doubt stay again!"

"Great location for the price. Nice comfortable and spacious rooms. There is no air conditioning so hot days could get difficult. There is one fan provided in a room of triple occupancy and that isn’t enough. But very connected and good location."
