"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "This is the second time I have stayed here and I cannot fault it for the price. It’s modern inside, very clean, comfortable and affordable. Plus it’s in a good location. Staff are very nice and friendly and they provide free water on tap with glass bottle provided for you to keep refilling and take into your room. If I ever need a cheap hotel room in London for the night I would always choose this one. "
