"I have given this hotel a five star review based on value for money. We had a great stay here. The standard room is not large but it is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet so meant for a good night’s sleep. It’s close to Kensington Olympia Overground which is very convenient. The public areas were spotless. The simple buffet breakfast included in the price made our stay excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely place to stay. Great ambience, comfortable bed, quiet location. The staff were all amazing. For our 5 day stay, I had a relaxing breakfast downstairs, and then requested my wife's breakfast in our room. On the 4th day of our stay, I forgot to order her breakfast before I returned to our room. Shortly after I got there, the phone rang. It was reception asking if my wife would like her breakfast sent up. It doesn't get better than that!"
