"The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful the evening wine was a nice and unexpected touch. The rooms were small but tidy and had a nice kitchenette. The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny."

"There was nothing not to love about this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel staff is very helpfull, the lobby nice and spacious, and the room was spacious, clean and so, so comfortable! I would absolutely recommend it!! "

"The staff are some of the nicest people! Every person from reception, to the folks working the breakfast room to the people cleaning our rooms everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was the best; so comfortable! Our room faced the street but we never heard a thing from outside. The rooms are itty bitty tiny and we could only open one suitcase at a time on the floor. After getting what we needed from our suitcases we had to zip them up and stand them upright to have room to move about. We decided that the room was good for a few days but much longer could become frustrating. Earls Court connects to the Piccadilly and District lines and is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. You can take the tube from Heathrow directly to Earls Court. Overall, we were happy with our stay!"
