I had a wonderful stay at Hayat Zaman Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a short drive from Petra, which made visiting the ancient site very convenient. The food was delicious, offering a good variety of local and international dishes, and the service was consistently attentive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Hayat Zaman Hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality with a prime location near Petra. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the area.

We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast. I can’t say enough about the service!

Very welcoming staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Look out over the city toward Petra is really nice. Free shuttle service to the Petra visitor’s center. A short walk up the street to several restaurants with amazing Jordanian food.
