An absolutely wonderful resort, the staff and service is truly what made the experience so wonderful. Our Villa manager Susana went above and beyond to make our honeymoon experience perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this resort :)

I’ve traveled to Cancun every September for my birthday for the last 4 years. Every year, I visit a different hotel. I thought Secrets would be hard to beat, but TRS Yucatan was hands down my favorite resort so far! The staff are amazing in all departments, and the butlers are extremely helpful and thoughtful. I LOVE that they have a cart service available 24/7 to take you around the resort and to the other 3 neighboring resorts, and we’re now planning a big family trip there next year.

Great Stay! I had a great stay at the Riviera Maya resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. I absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel/resort!! The staff were extremely friendly, took well care of my family and I. Navigating the resort was easy as there were always carts available for guests to hop on. The butlers ensured they addressed every one of our needs. The rooms were thoroughly clean. This stay has been AMAZING, with a beautiful property and exceptional service. Everyone here is awesome, communicative, well organized and super helpful. Shout out to our daily breakfast crew at Helios - Julio, Daniel, Manuel & Arnulfo! Extremely friendly and attentive. My husband and I were here for our honeymoon and we cannot stop raving about the quality of service received. As for the property, we were amazed at the TRS layout and stunning room (had a private pool). Cherry on top was that our stay also gave us access to the 3 neighbouring resorts so A LOT to see and do. Food at the buffets were great & evening restaurants were *chefs kiss*. The team at the evening restaurants really go out of their way to make your meal wonderful. Tip - TRS has a private beach front, ask a cart to take you there as the views are stunning and bar staff are great! Tysm to all who made our stay so memorable!
