Not too sure about the swimming pool area,mrs thought it wasnt clean,the water very cold. We went off peak,so wasnt too busy,weather terrible as well(not the hotels fault for that). Went on ferry to Tarbert,was very disappointed,theres nothing to see and do,lots of places closed."

"Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay."
