"This is a gem of a hotel a short walk from so many wonderful attractions in Kyoto! The staff were top notch and helpful in every way. The view from our room was serene and the hotel decor was elegant. We did laundry while we were there and soaked in the foot bath. "This hotel was amazing. It is old, but you feel like you are staying in a part of history. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the true Japanese breakfast.
