The room was nice and large with a balcony facing the ocean, The buffet was huge and had so many delicious choices. It also has 4 small restaurants (must reserve 2 days in advance) that were intimate with wonderful food. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The bars were numerous (loved the "swim up" bar!). They even had a free minibar in the rooms, which is pretty much unheard of. My only complaint is there is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, so multiple trips up and down the stairs was not ideal. That is my ONLY complaint!" The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities and things to do. Staying in Reggae meant we also had access to Montego Bay, and they had a lot going on there. I’m glad we chose the Reggae option, where we had less crowded pools and beach front, but we could still access the other one if we wanted. The food was excellent with local and international options and everything was extremely tasty.
