"Here are just a few of the outstanding staff: Rojay, waiter at The Grill and Chez Isabelle, attentive, remembered my allergies each time. Antoinette, hostess at the Lobster House and Magna. She remembered our name and room number, always a smile on her face. Impressive! Kimono at the Zenith pool. Pleasant and efficient even though she seemed overworked. Allayah, The Lobster House. Remembered allergies and she was attentive. Britannia, Magna. A real professional server! Felicia, waitress at the small pool. She always seemed to be there when we were ready for another beverage. Christopher and Jessie at the Martini bar. They were friendly and hard workers. The bar could get quite busy and they always made sure to acknowledge each guest even if it would be a few minutes before they could take their order. Kenira, hostess at the breakfast buffet. She remembered us each morning and made us feel welcome. All of the staff in the Club Lounge were helpful and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Excellence Oyster Bay!"

"Everything was really good, me and my had a great time. I will say the entertainment wasn’t that good, and it was hard to find chairs in the shade near the pool or beach because people would get there early and leave towels/belongings on the chairs and then leave so nobody else could use it. That was beyond annoying. Outside of that the food was good, the staff was friendly. I’d go back for sure"
