"Check in took quite a while, I think there was a mix up with our swim up room. They sorted it 2 days in. I only had a problem with not being able to have breakfast where we wanted as they weren't able to accommodate our group of 10 and a baby. Overall it is a clean and beautiful place to stay. And the staff was actually really nice despite seeing previous reviews. Would definitely return"

"The club level upgrade we experienced made the visit to this property all this difference to our stay. Without the upgrade, (the exception was the buffet breakfast which was amazing with the extensive selection choices) the restaurant experience and food quality would definitely have not met our expectations."

"Wonderful AI resort. Great staff. Best buffet food we’ve had after several resort stays. My only “complaint” is would be I wish the pools were bigger or there were more as there is only one “family” pool and it gets extremely crowded."

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."
