"Room was very spacious, it would have been nice to have an extra armchair. Bed was comfortable. Lots of good towels. Didn't like not having tv channels to watch, we couldn't stream from our phones."

"Chech in easy, staff very friendly. The room was very good, lighting under the bed came on when you walked by which was very useful in the night. Bar well organised and ample seating. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Decent size room, friendly staff, and very good location for getting to Southampton port, but there were a few issues. Room was clean for the most part but very dusty and a few mysterious stains on the headboard and chairs. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Room was very hot - they provide air con but it only stays on for an hour before defaulting back to 25C meaning we had to keep setting it again in the night. The glass door to the bathroom is a bit weird - would not recommend if you are not very comfortable with person you are sharing a room with. Good amount of parking however don’t be lured into the more expensive room rate that includes parking if you stay at the weekend as parking is free then! We picked this hotel in part due to the presence of electric car charging, however all were either in use or broken so sadly we had to charge elsewhere."

"Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing"
