Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!

I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps. Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. Everything has been absolutley great and amazing. From the moment you are arriving at the hotel and the staff is taking care of your car and luggage. While your room is getting ready and the luggage is taken to the room you can enjoy welcome drink at the terrace with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. In our view the Hotel could not be faulted for its cleanliness and very high standards of service that it offered. It is certainly deserving of its 4 Star...

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Staff very helpful, very clean and modern look. Very accommodating and can park car in front of hotel to offload/onload. Would definitely come back!
