"We stayed in the annexe on the top floor with a beautiful view of the gardens. The room was enormous! Fantastically well appointed, free WiFi, spotlessly clean and hi spec furnishings and bathroom. Staff were lovely, particularly at the bar and in the breakfast room. Breakfast buffet was very good with a huge variety of choice. "

"The hotel looks pretty bad and run down from the outside, but inside it is lovely and warm and welcoming, it looks like it's had a refurbishment. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. Best views from a hotel I've had for years too. I couldn't fault the hotel other than outside appearance."
